Good learning curve

i have a good relationship with my colleagues and we work a s a team. one thing i like most about my work is seeing a change in the clients we deal with, seeing them empowered and becoming survivors and independent. i learnt that women can leave with man especially abusive man. the challenge about my work is miscommunication since we work with different departments.

Pros: well resourced
Cons: no opportunities of growth
