Excellent learning curve and gained experience.

Communicare is a big NPO company dealing with properties in Cape Town Areas. They are promoting their employees when they see a potential on individuals, as I have started as Secretary and have successfully applied for Leasing Administrator position when it became available. I have gained experience and was taken to short courses that benefited me for my career.

A typical day in the office starts with me checking in with the team ans making sure we are on track with our deliverables. No day is the same there's always some or other crisis that needs to be addressed, whether it's disciplinary issues or an urgent placement. I enjoy working with a team that just gets on with things and highlights when there's an issue and I need to step in. I don't enjoy having to deal with people issues where management hasn't followed policy and procedures. In any organization that's the biggest challenge I face as management wants to hold people accountable for not following policy but they are exempt as HR it is my responsibility to ensure that no one is exempt regardless of hierarchy.
