I'm having presently 30 years of experience as a Boilermaker and had an opportunity of become one of the first African Engineering supervisor at Highveld Steel in 1992. I further did some multi skill on Fitting, Rigging and Electrical.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion is at 40%
Cons: No issues with long hours
