Excelent in learning
Iam good when it comes to learning an iam a fast catcher i easy push my self hard in order to get more information that i need .iam good in comucicating with co workers. I usually luke challenging my self during work every time i enjoy doing fault finding .

Good maintenance engineering experience
Train as a fitter at CTC in witbank for 6 months during the in service training program. Later move to the plant where I was trained as mechanical technician in training with more information specified on the CV.

There are various types of machines so the exposure is very good
Working time starts at 06:45 where we will do our normal routine of asking the machine operators if they have had any problems with any of the machines ,then thereafter we will do our routine maintenance check ups on all of the machines e.g (oil levels or any defaults) . 07:30 is the usual time where we will attend our morning meeting then we will continue with our weekly job cards after the meeting has been adjourned . We have a very good relationship as coworkers. I have learned a lot regarding the manufacturing industry and many of the different engineering aspects and applications. I always enjoy meeting challenges I haven't have come across before and also learning, the only challenges I have is being too far away from home

Great test of character
Great company to work for. Work hours are horrible though. It was a huge learning curve for me and great test of character. 90% of employees are not happy and feel stuck. Overtime is not paid and we take forced leave when ever management feels order book is low. Guys on the floor take excessive sick leave.

Outbound Administrator currently studying Economic Management Sciences.
I'm currently working as an Outbound Administrator but also looking into further developing myself. Typical day at work would be the reconciliation of alot of invoices, Liaising with service providers, follow up payments and alot more invoice challenges. I take direction very well that would include working well with my fellow colleagues, we work well as a team but in most cases the job needs you to work independently. Almost everything I know relating to invoicing I learnt at work and what I enjoy most is learning new stuff all the time and being able to finish off an invoice without a query.

Duties at work
I specialised mostly in electrical and mechanical breakdowns. I also assist the day shift personal with job cards if we no breakdowns. In the plant we do electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic faulty findings e.g pumps, gearboxes, V-belts, motors, fuses, contactors, circuit breakers, drives, chains e.t.c
