Great leadership qualities

Everyone isEveryday I am challenged to be a leader. I am not limited and that makes it a great environment to be in. I love working with my team because they are very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I enjoy living the company values as they have changed me so much. I enjoy working with young leaders at schools and seeing impact.to be a leader everyday.

Excellent Working Environment

Columba Leadership is an excellent Values Based Leadership organisation and allows any person enough space to grow. A typical day at columba is another way of experiencing passion in action. Working with high school learners and their educators to influence their school in a positive way through values. The people you work with are just as passionate about development as you are. I enjoy making a difference in the lives of others. The most challenging part is that we are not reaching enough children.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and develop.
Cons: A difficult industry
