I am a hard working guy, friendly and work well with people. I work with almost 300 people for two shift and i get well with them. I motivate, train them in quality related issues. I work in a pressure environment but that is what keeps me going day by day. I have learned to be a responsible person, good communication and personality with self esteem.

Excellent learning curve

My ability to work well with people and lead others has resulted in great success based on the industrial exposure I had at Collaborative Packing Solutions. One of my greatest accomplishments I had acquired was initiating and holding accountability of decision making in supervising a whole shift of about 130 people. I looked at inventive ways to acknowledge and resolve the workers’ concerns and fears in the area of workload and time management.

Gained a lot of exposure and experience, i learned a lot since i started my career journey.

I have been involved in many activities and been given a lot of responsibilities in the company from factory inspection,product inspection,sensory analysis,Pathogen and hygiene monitoring,developing SOPs,documents control and conducting audits and been involved in external audits.

Pros: Got promoted two times
