Natural Refrigerants like CO2 Carbon Dioxide, very nice experience

My typical work day: Consisted of coming to work early having coffee with the business owner and chatting about work in general. I would go to my office check out my e-mail and respond. Look at my tasks and update if need be. Would leave my office and meet with the installation technicians on my current project. Check that they had the correct materials for the days work. Back in my office I would check that the procurement of materials and machines were in order. attend meetings with the Project managers.

Pros: Great money rewards as I was a partner there. Loved my work, clientele, and suppliers alike. Exciting time ahead as we are now aware of globe warming and other man made mistakes so the market will expand more than x3 in the next 10 yeays
Cons: major responibilties as far as break downs, keep the cold chain constant.

My normal working day

Typical day starts at 7:00, would follow up e-mail drink coffee and t system meetings. 20% on procurement and Office admin. 10% on utility management and systems. What's needed: Partnering with companies. having SLA,s contracting product assemblies required. Less manufacturing and more buying out with better quality control unfortunately this was not idea but it worked. We would later create the bill of materials and Design. The company was new and a lot of management changes took place weather good or bad.

Cons: New management forces
