Experiential learning curve

Cokisa was the implementing agency of Department of Environmental affairs and a great platform for personal development. I was a contract and I worked for the company for8 months (February 2016-October2016,however the contract ended. it was a great learning curve and I've gained alot from being part of it as it assisted me to be familiar with understanding other people's needs and interact with stakeholders and educating people on awareness campaigns I role was to be a campaigner because I enjoy to interact with people

Excellent learning curve

On a typical work day you go from different work experiences by going in communities and learning from their experiences as well co-ordinating work with fellow staff members in learning from them on how they deal with pressure at work and home.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
