Many Learning Opportunities

The company is big internationally but locally there are no opportunities for carrier growth. I originally come from a petrochemical industry and wanted to gain experience in the FMCG industry and so far i have gained a lot of experience. I have to the major differences from the type of managerial techniques and traits, to how the products are manufactures through the different but similer engineering techniques. A typical day at work ranges from meetings, project management and plant maintenance. My relationship with co-workers is to maintain strong bonds through team work and encourage productivity and innovation. I have learnt new systems in control and instrumentation, and new approaches to problem solving and troubleshooting. I enjoy it the plant to producing and running efficiently through strategies and successful proactive maintenance. The most challenging aspects of my job project management and where projects have a tight deadline.
