A typical day at Coega Dairy

I normally start my day with a morning meeting, where I address my team on important issues such as the plan for the day, short comings that we had and improvements that can be made on the previous days work as well as giving them a platform to voice their concerns about day to day operation. Thereafter, I would prepare reports for the COO of the previous days' loads that was dispatched and also the previous days' production. I would also do site inspections of the on site warehouse as well as the 5 offsite warehouses. As I am in an operational position, I often have to change my daily plans to attend to urgent matters that might arise. I have a good working relationship with co workers, as my position requires that I interact with all the departments in the plant. I have learnt to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment and that a well trained team is the best weapon you can have in order to achieve your daily objectives. I enjoy that everyday is not the same, but it can sometimes be challenging too,

Pros: the company is stable and growing year on year
Cons: quite a distance to travel

I consider myself to be punctual, hard-working, honest, reliable, trustworthy and dependable. I am inquisitive in a sense that I always want to learn more and have a determination that don’t stand back for anything. I believe I set my mind to and that success should be measured by results. Great Learning and application of experience

i I stJKHCDLKANLAKSHCLAGFWERIG Every morning i start at the office for 2 hours to respond to all adminstration I spend most of my time in trade building relaitionship, account development and looking for opportunities to expand the brand.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn grow and apply previous experience
Cons: Big risk to sell only on supply and not on demand
