One develops more strengths than weaknesses

Working with the company has showed me how strong I can be Working under pressure with alot of tasks that need to be urgently done on a day to day basis. How to take charge of situations and manage the sales man portfolios with out asking for management assistance, to think out of the box and measure priorities. Dealing with alot of sales reps and customers from different backgrounds. How to manage different markets as the company is a huge international company and how things will need to be done in those markets. How to be efficient and accurate at all times. How one can simply can change from com8ng to work with a low spirit and getting my spirit. Company is ran in a very strict and ethical manner. With friendly and professional co workers and managers. Atypical day at work is a full on day working and sometimes taking an hour lunch. Working from 7 to 6.

Pros: Personal skills growth
Cons: Limited corporate ladder

Company size and working conditions, staff layout in the health and safety department.

It is a international company with two factories in Guateng and offices all over the world. We only have one safety manager and one safety officer and four safety representatives to handle all the safety issues. We also handle the safety issues on the project sites. It some times can become very stressful. I had to manage the whole Health and safety management system.

Pros: Fast growing company
Cons: Working conditions military style
