Lack of communication

Coca cola is a company based in fordsburg. It is a family business,and they do welcome the employees as part of their family. The downfall of management is that they don't know how to talk to their staff,they insult,scream and swear at the staff infront of customers. The staff is over work and under paid. Every day is a challenging day due to the atmosphere and. Energy they work. My relationship with co workers was very professional and the best days for work was overtime,Cause then we get to know the person in heart. I've learned how to work GRV's.

Management faults

It is a family business in Fordsburg,and management welcome they're employees as part of their family. The only downfall of management was that they didn't have a way of talking to their staff. They verbally abused the employees and the working hours was unbarrebel. They over work and under paid the employees. They are a blessed family when it comes to help. They will feed the hunger and donate to the needy. What I've learned was to do the GRV's and it was interesting. What I enjoy the most was the overtime,cause then I get to see and meet the friendly in them. The most challenging day is everyday,cause the enviroment constantly changed.
