ii am a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Fleet Clerk i have • Record fleet maintenance data on appropriate software such as Enrich and SAP • Completes general transport administration as required • Process orders, Applies PTP principles in full and files documentation appropriately • Follows up on Accident repairs and documentation, charges out cost to appropriate department • Controls spare key box cabinet • Coordinates obtaining of quotes • Reconciles Standard Bank account • Ordering of fleet cards from Standard Bank • Allocations of costs - to cost centres and distributions to cost centres where required • ODO and Hrs operated recorded weekly • Key performance indicators updated monthly • Filing System - Vehicle files and service records fully maintained • Purchase Orders & Buying

ThIs company is a Fast paced environment, so you have to be in top of your game all the time. The work load is hectic and working long hours is often necessarily to keep up. The company drives performance and engagement, and culture is fun. Lots of opportunities to learn and develop.

Good learning curve of business culture

Bullying and poor people management practices . Good symptoms and processes however focus needs to be on consistent application of these The company as a whole gives opportunities for external candidates however internal growth can be improved. Diversity is only seen as women however doesn’t cover diversity is more than women. Local executives also need to align to company strategies in leading people
