The current company i am working for is a self catering apartment.

I need a new job because i want to explore my knowlage and learn more since i am fast learner. I went to coolage to study hospitality because i am passionate with people. I went to coolage to study hospitality I know that in hospitality industry you work long hours including public holidays but iam up for it because during holidays we may lots of tourist who comes to experience

Pros: Yes one day i would like to be a manager for tje company. And lead the employees

Excellent in communication

>ability to work as a team.>research skills>good spelling>problem solving>reading and computer skills and also negotiating skills....i am a hardworking person, that always willing to learn. The most I enjoy when I'm in the job is to work in teans and individual and avail myself and always smiling.

Experience is very good

Good hotel, policies intact, procedures followed,staff are skilled and hardworking, friendly and professional management. It is a good experience, coming from a 5 star background you learn to stand on your own two feet, knowing you are not being spoon fed, so you learn more. Salary could be better. Most challenging aspects is long hours. I enjoy the different functions we have on a daily basis, it's always something new.

Excellent learning experience

It’s a Busy environmental department. That’s requires team work for the work to be accurately done and support from Senior leaders. Excellence is required in all aspects of your experience. Seeing my Team excelling on what they do.. Not have having right equipment to work with inorder for the job to get done.

It not good

A big hotel situated at umhlanga a 4 star hotel with no work union where we have no right we work pressure but get paid less.I have good communication with workers ,workers needed when they are under pressure

Pros: you can work for ten (10)years underpressure and expect no new position
Cons: it depends to the guest they have
