the staff is well connected and is very vibrant in nature. teachers and employees work hand in hand and the staff is very supportive to one another, but like all other places some of the staff are very judgemental of new staff but thats mostly caused by insecurity, otherwise all staff members are very energetic and friendly.

Pros: Vast learning opportunities
Cons: some days feel exhausting and some feel like they were useless

Obtained alot of exprience by working at coastal college

*I became a team player *I was able to work under pressure *emproved my interperson communication skills *Ability to maintain confidentiality *Problem-solving skills *Time Management skills *Presentation skills *Monitoring and evaluation skills *Attention to detail and administrative skills and ability to perform under pressure *Negotiation skills *Diplomatic, kind and compassionate I HAVE LEARNT SO MUCH FROM MY CURRENT EMPLOYEMENT.
