I am a hard working man my passion is to meet the goal of the company and to be productive to the company to make sure the company make a reasonable turnover . I like to work as a and to follow the instruction of my supervisor , respect means a lot to the work place to make a win win situation which will benefit the company. as I work to a t a huge campus I meet with deferent students with deferent problems so I easily resolve problems
Pros: to work in this companty is so good the staff management are freindly ,as interns we are treated as all other worker we feel so important they give us expirience on how to deal with deferent kind of problem as we work with student daily ,
Cons: to work long hour it happan only during registration month and we feel happy because they gave us a training of bathu pili to make sure we know challenges to work with community

I've learn how to work with different people, To work under presure.
I work from Monday to Friday and on public holidays I wasn't go to work except if there is plenty of work to do, I volunteered to go and finish during Holidays without expecting money. Our relationship with fellow co-workers was amazing because everybody was wishing that I could get a permanent Job cause I know what I'm doing. I learn to do my work on a polite manner even though other co-workers provoke me, I learn to always put a smile on my face, Now they call me Mr smile, I enjoy to work up early in the morning and go to work and to do what I paid for, even if it is a quite day I ask anybody who needs help so that I will do something than staying doing nothing, I enjoy doing my work. The most challenging on my job is that core-workers doesn't submit registers on time and I'm supposed to tell them that I need registers so that I will capture them. Others hate so much because of my that and that make strong. it makes me love my Job the most.
Pros: To work on this company gave me all experience I needed the most and to do what I like because i like working wioth people, and I'm people's person, all experience that i gained is going to put in another level because I overcome many challenges at this work.

Excellent organizational skills
The experience and exposure has made me grow not only personally but growth with the department. I pay attention to details; this exposure has enabled me to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. I have strong interpersonal skills and very good in planning and organizing. I have experience in the use of Coltech Student Management System and Microsoft packages (Word, Power point, Outlook, Excel & Access) at this stage I see myself at the beginning of a journey geared towards success. I am competent in getting the job done, making decisions and building relationships with others. In addition to this, I am aware of my soft personal attributes and my weaknesses, but I am prepared for improvement through learning and change. I seek to add value to any project/task that I am involved with. I possess a wide range of organizational skills coupled with the ability to liaise and work comfortably with people of diverse backgrounds. I also believe that I am self-confident and highly ambitious.

Excellent learning curve
-My day start at seven am in the morning ,i on computers -I first check my emails, respond to them - I sent requires emails and documents to co departments and stake holders. -Attend to student queries. -Attend co workers queries. Type the nessesarrydocuments -My relationship with co-workers is good and balanced -We work hand in hand in order for to fulfill task or duties at work. -I have learned quit a lot, how work as a team -How communicate at work -How to behave at work how to ask for help if the work load is too much. -Dress code at work, how work and complete duties on time. -Iv enjoy working with fellow team members -Working with stake holders -Holding big events such as having Ministers visiting the organisation etc. -Most challenging aspect is to work when they are no resources to work with - To complete task on short period of time. -pressure from students who are looking for placement or to be placed.

Excellent
-working in dynamics sectors -communicating with stakeholders from different companies -i have learnt to be punctual,re presentable,self organised,meeting dead lines,working under pressure,dealing with different types of people with their different attitude, i have learnt to be accurate when doing a task,to be as quick as possible -i enjoyed when doing evaluation and monitoring from different companies where we have placed students for their experiential learning, i like to assist and take queries and make sure that satisfaction is done -when there is no electricity in the Institution.
Pros: great opportunity to work for an Institution as big like this

Excelent learning curve
I am teaching NATED for only 6 months a course, I only got 6 hours a week to finish a syllabus . I to finish it I have to work on Saturdays and leave late during the day, to finish 2 books which is Payroll side and Excel side. I work well with my colleague's. I have learnt that you to accommodate everyone you work with, because you will need him/her in future. I enjoy sport since I am in EXCO Committee for the whole college and treasurer for 4 years now, I am a coordinator of the college coral music. The most challenging aspects of the job is when there are strikes and I have to finish syllabus.
Pros: I looking for great promotions

Excellent institution
-presentation skills, tie management, problem solving, report writing skills, analytical skills, monitoring and evaluation, communication (written and verbal ), listening skills, attention to detail ad administrative skills. -relationship is good, i respect them -meeting deadlines, punctuality, working under pressure, dealing with different peoples attitude. -i enjoy the most doing evaluation and monitoring -challenge is when we don't have electricity

Good communicator
The college is the biggest in the region of KZN. The college has on recent times regressed from being the best in terms of results to being number 2 from the bottom. Many of the income generating business units have since closed down or not optimally performing as they used to.

ADVANCE COMPUTER EXPERIENCE
HERE AT COASTAL ALL EMPLOYEES CLOCK-IN AT 07;30 EVERYDAY MON-FRI. EVERYTHING IS SMOOTH, BECAUSE WE ARE WORKING AS A TEAM AND OUR INTENTION IS TO IMPROVE THE TVET's GOAL. IHAVE LEARNT TO WORK WITH OTHER PEOPLE AS A TEAM,THERE SO MANY WORK EXPERIENCE IHAVE LEARNT SUCH AS PAYROLL,ABSENTEESM CAPTURER,MICROSOFT EXCEL,MICROSOFT WORD......ETC I ENJOY WORKING WITH OTHER PEOPLE AND TO ASK FOR HELP WHERE I FIND CHALLENGE. SOMETIMES WE USE TO WORK UNDER-PRESSURE WHEN THE HEAD OFFICE GAVE US THE DEADLINES TO DO THE JOB.
Pros: i am hardworker,and i so flexible in such a way that sometime i use to train other peolpe, who do not understand computer programs clearly.

Cash bugdet and payroll
Working at Coastal kzn college is a wonderful opportunity to me because now i have learnt to communicate with people and to work with different people, my relationship with co-workers is perfect because we all work hard and i have learnt a lot from them like facing all the challenges I come across, I enjoy the most to see everyone happy and to see the development in the campus because of good work, It is so challenging working in the college because in Finance department I ought to make sure that my work is well-balanced even if student's strike takes over and most workers are under contract.
