Excellent company for learning

A typical day at work includes site inspections, office admin, issue PPE, give safety talks and do induction for new employees. I have a great relationship with all my co-workers. I have been send on a SHE rep course and also learnt a lot about safety and how the transport business work. I enjoy admin the most as well as site inspections. The most challenging aspect of my work is to make sure that our safety files are up to date at Eskom as we are not allowed to make any mistakes, only 100% is correct.

Good morning A typical work day... Waking up early. Arriving at work. Standing in an open field. Relationships with Co workers Great relationship it was never boring. Laughed every day. What have I learned You can achieve bigger things if you set your mind to it What you enjoy most Learning and bettering myself Most challenging aspects of the job... Is when you have to decide whether to handle a situation as professional or personal

Good Day, Well my typical day at work is great, I work with great people, we work as a team. My relationship with my boss and co-workers are great we work together to get the job done, of course we are all different and handle things differently but and the end of the day we work together to get the job done as we work for one company. I learn everyday and still learning you can never be to old to learn something new, as not all companies work the same nor on the same systems so learning is always a on going process. Challenging aspects where I think it is more myself challenging myself to ensure that my work is to high standards. Regards, Karla
