As an admin you do almost everything in the store from issuing of float to banking and paper work with stock taking control risk management and see to it that policy and procedure are in place you need to be flexible always its worth the experience though. But also its very challenging as there is shortage of staff which leads to poor customer service and shrinkage because of no floor coverage most cases manager end up opening tills to assist customer.

Good service, capturing data,answering phone calls

It was good company especially from learning about sales and customers. I've been a good employee with hardworking and patience and respectful But after all I am hard worker, passionate, consistent and disciplined.I am a very committed worker, I love challenges and I have the will to succeed. I am a motivated person. I have the ability to learn fast which will facilitate the training period.
