CNA Reviews

I learnt to operate a front office(Cashier) as well as back office(back office)

I really enjoy my stay at CNA but I would like to get a Job that i have studied for in order to achieve my dreams.I have learned many things e.g How to communicate with customers and also how to take care of the assets of the business. The most challenging thing that i have met was when one of my colleaque received the stock wrongly and i saw It would be better if I give a call to the head office and they did gave me a solution, I then did the way they told me and it worked.

Pros: The more you sell is the more you earn
Cons: eight hours per day and over time is two hours

Excellent learning curve

CNA was the first company i worked for after dropping out at college.i started as a casual 2years back and within that year i got promoted and became a supervisor. My duties were mostly based in customer service and at some times i was a receiving clerk, cellphone consultant (sold phones) When my manager was offer duty use to play a role of being a manager incharge Ive gained a lot of experience at CNA. What i realy enjoyed the most is working with people being given a chance to solve problems that customers came with creating a good team environment.

Pros: Great opportunity as promoter
Cons: long working hours

Excellent learning curve

A typical day at work is molike spending a day in a in a factory environment, where you adapt to news skills and information in a department you are placed in. Upon my words due to the relationship I had with my co-workers was likely a family bond where I learn that we need to work together as a family to keep the work flowing a smooth process of completing it. What I have learnt is that you be more than what you are willing to give and need to keep an open mind and remind humble and kind to customers as you your services is very important to the customers. I enjoyed the working in different departments, learning and and formulating skill development. I wouldn't say I had a challenging experience to share because what I have notice is the when we work together as team, we we show our strength as family that best results in the work flow. typical day at work

Pros: Great stationary company
Cons: Less salary

Good working environment

I find working in retail a joy now as compared to when I first started out. I have grown more comfortable around people than I was. Retail industry has also taught me to be very disciplined.I look forward to meeting new people each day and I enjoy helping people. My colleagues and I get along very well because we have a small number of staff members so we've become more like family. I love everything about my current job except for the room for growth. I wish there was an improvement made on that aspect.

Pros: The bond amongst staff members is great
Cons: The work gets tedious after a while
