Good working environment although challenging

Working at there has been challenging mainly because yes there are good days when the environment is productive and there work synergy. Although expectations are way high in terms of lead conversation as the marketing process is is not great . Relationship with co-workers is good , bonus structure is good and the management is good as well although growth in the company is something that you can not something you can be sure of.

Pros: Great bonus and basic
Cons: Uncertainty of growth or term and leads

I learn how to speak n respect customers

I'm a hard worker n good communication.I learn how to speak n respect customers .I I enjoyed a lot wen I'm at work cz I lyk people.I'm a ever smiling and I always being in time at work

Pros: Wen I start working I wll make customers to feel happy
