An amazing introduction to the corporate industry and a

Being receptionist requires a wide range of social skills and tolerance for things that one is not usually pleased with . One is required to keep up a level of enthusiasm that is unrealistic and abnormal to the average human being . Despite the excessive phone calls one needs to attend to through out the course of the day, in addition numerous other duties are expected of a receptionist such as filling of documents, attending to customers whom are physically present, delivering messages to colleagues. It is an extremely demanding set of tasks hat requires a quick thinker and an individual with a high level of resilience. I can proudly say I have mastered these tasks at every attempt and I suffice for any vacancy of this caliber.

Pros: Developing patience in dealing with uncooperative people and challenging situations.
Cons: long working hours

Learnership program

My responsibilities includes taking bookings, booking in The vehicles, filing, campaigns, post service follow up calls, telephonic communication, phoning for authorisations. Keeping my customers updated. Sometimes i help at The reception desk , take calls and direct them to requested persons. Basically i do The overall routen of a productive service advisor.

Pros: Hands on obtained experience and online trainnings, i house trainning and certification. Mostly getting The merseta qualification.
Cons: Long abnormal hours, being under paid, given responsibilities and not getting any rewards

Always willing to assist and willing to grow in a company.

I am a hard working person and a quick learner, always striving to better myself within a company. I have the ability to motivate others and people around me including in a working environment. I am a problem solver with strong planning skills. One of my power points it to execute more than one task at once while welcoming responsibility. I always provide constructive feedback when needed. I am willing to grow within a company as long as it’s within the rules and regulations of a specific company.

Pros: Fast learner, always willing to help others, hardely ever take sick leave.
Cons: Impatient, if something needs to be done it has to be done in a short time period

Im sibusiso Ndlovu 25 years old, completed my matric certificate in 2013.i studied HR management certificate and i completed in 2017.i joined Toyota Cmh Alberton doing my learnership programme with them of being a service advisor and sales person.i joined Toyota 2018 and completed my learnership 2019.i have 4 years work experience in retail and 1 year in motor industry.im in love with motor industry and i would like to get a chance to show my potential and my creativity.im currently looking for a challenging position between sales and service advisor.im self motivated,work under pressure, willing to learn and participate in the field,like to have challenges in the field.

Excellent job

I'm still a student I'm looking forward for any job or service advisor I've been trained for a year. Waiting for my certificate of a service advisor so that I can proceed with my career of being a service advisor along the way I'll be the master service advisor. My practicals at Toyota CMH Alberton. Now I'm busy booking cars doing daily bookings, call centre, filing, PSE call, BSI control.

Cons: I'm still a student I'm looking forward for any job or service advisor I've been trained for a year. Waiting for my certificate of a service advisor so that I can proceed with my career of being a service advisor along the way I'll be the master service advisor. My practicals at Toyota CMH Alberton.
