Great opportunity to grow

I am a loyal, hardworking person that excels more than my job description where ever I go. I am always up for a challenge and able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis. I cope well under pressure. I am dependable trustworthy, and eager to learn new skills. I understand that attention to detail is very important especially when it comes to auditing.

Learn more about my job

I take telephonic bookings , book in the cars for service , get authorization for the service to be carried out. Follow cars threw the workshop and keep customers updated about the progress on their vehicles. Give advise on repairs to be carried out and report findings to customers . I enjoy keeping customers happy and watching them leave the dealership with a smile on their face.

Pros: Like to work towards a service manager position in due course
Cons: no co operation from managment / not enough time in the day to complete all the work / work long hours
