I have been in this industry and want to work in a friendly invironment and enjoy my work.

A typical day at our company is, checking the emails and reply to them. I enter all Supplier Invoices and put them on director's desk for payment. I do the bank transactions onto the pastel accounting. I follow up on Customers that has not paid yet and either call them or e--mail them. My relationship with my co-workers are fine, I get along wiith all of them. I learnt in this industry of signage and vehicle branding how the job is done whch was something new to me. I enjoyed meeting new Customers and seeing to their requirements. The most challenging aspects of my job is when my bank statement, Customers & suppliers is reconciled and correct. I am ready for a new challenge and sometimes feel stagnited as my work is always done before lunch. I then have to ask my co-workers of they have anything that I can help with. I like to be busy.

Excellent oppertunity to learn how a signage company works

I am currently Bookkeeper at the above company and also help with Customers and at Reception and answering the telephone when our receptionist is off or not available. The amount of work is not enough to keep me busy full day as I am usually finished by lunch time. Typica. l wotk day will be checking my e-mails when I come in and reply and follow up on them. I then get the bank transaction print outs and do the cashbook onto Pastel, enter all Supplier Invoices and hand them over to be paid by our director. Follow up on outstanding Customer payments. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere in the office. the most challenging is to see how all the machines work and to see how money gets in when I call or e-mail the Customers. I however feel stagnited in my job and like a variety of things.
