Helped me gain a lot of confidence and experience in a short period of time

A typical work day can get really busy with alot of reporting which needs to be done. I have an excellent relationship with all my work colleagues. I have learnt alot, and gained alot of knowledge over the past 1 yr 7 mo. What I enjoy the most is that you're constantly busy and there is never a time where you will get bored. Also you're doing different things everyday which doesn't make it monotonous. The most challenging part is the constant change of or the evolution of a vessels allocation, you've got to constantly follow Making sure allocation on the ship is fully utilized.

Good work experience

I am currently working as a debtor’s clerk in the finance department. My duties include sending statements + invoices weekly for all VIP and cash clients, liaising with customers via telephone; email etc, provide first class customer service, reconciling debtors accounts, updating clients’ details regarding contact details, addressed on the system, ensuring refunds are done accurately, meet and exceed collection targets, adhere to collection schedules and ensuring that credit clients are within their credit terms.

Pros: Great working enviroment
Cons: No room for growth
