Bi-Weekly payroll of up to 5000 staff

Payroll of approximately R6m to R8m per month, made up of Bi-Weekly Wages of R2,5m to R3,2m and Permanent Salaries of R1m to R1,5m. Manage 4 Permanent Wages Clerks, 1 Senior Wage Clerk, 1 HR Admin Clerk and 1 Costing Clerk I also have 2 Invoice Clerks, 1 Bookkeeper, and 1 Receptionist and Bearer. We provide labour to 122 Client’s across South Africa. Examples being Grinrod, Access World, SDV, Bridgeport etc. Process on Pastel Payroll 2016 & HR System. Each Client has their own “Rules”, 8 / 9 hours before overtime, 40 or 45 hours, lunch breaks and tea time. Staff on Adhoc, Temporary, Semi Perm, Seasonal, Permanent contacts, scanning on to the HR system Identity, licences and contract as well as Disciplinary Action taken, PPE deductions and or issues of clothes, courses attended and results.

Good working environment but very little pay with no bonuses

Low pay But great staff to work with and they lack professionalism It�s a good place to start if you Wana gain experience but not to stay too long

Excellent learning curve

Atypical day at work is even when you plan a day ahead new things of emergency always arrives and there is no time to thonl but to act and make discussions. My relationship with fellow employees is good i keep working time strictly for work outside of that i am able to give a joke or two Ive learnt how to conduct and deal with IOD cases how to log IOD onto the system ans and admitte IOD cases to hospitals creating IOD registers and keeping the IOD register up to date I enjoy the challenge each day of having a different emergency to take car of or a different procedure that needs to be created and implemented

I really need job

I will work hard I will do my work good I am not lazy I am fast and I will make sure I don't be absent at work I am proud of doing my job I am sure the company will like my work and.I am energetic to work.I like to.work here.

Coordinate with people

I am a good worker,I make sure that my work done in time.I always make sure respect my colleagues and I like team work e.like to be a leader. I suffer when is comes to way that colleagues not respecting each notice ,I can work in a lot of pressure.

Bad

We WORKING hard bt we don't get well salary every single day they remind us that they can fire us anytime they don't beg us now I wish to get a new job because am a hard worker I pay attention I always make sure I do as I have been instructed I keep my leaders happy all the time and I put my job first

No future

Been working for more than 3 years and still no raise no bonus. They won't register me permanent. The payslips are the print outs not original that makes it hard for us to get account approval.

Long hours hectic

As the Admin manager it was my job to make sure all Bi-weekly wages was captured and accurate. This is wages for about 1500 workers. The wage clerks would cost and capture and i would check and balance.

Pros: Very nice people to work for (most)
Cons: No opportunity to grow with company
