Great feedback from clients.

My working experience at the company is to be friendly with clients and my colleagues as I cannot afford to allow a bad phone call from a client to determine my day. I laugh a lot after a bad encounter so as to move on with the day easily. I get to deal with different kind of clients daily and this allows me to look forward to the day.Challenges come when a client is still not happy with the outcome of the complaint and wants this escalated to the highest manager in the office. To go back to a boss just seems as though one cannot handle a call but that said, it has to be done. My fellow colleagues make my job easier because we also work as a team should need arise and this makes for an excellent team. Having said all of the above, i have learned that patience is key in order to succeed in all the duties of the company.
