Seeking employment due to travel expences.
Hi. I am a 35 year old female. I have 2 dependants. I currently work at club leisure group which is an awesome place to work and I love my job. After relocating to pmb and travelling for about a year to Pinetown, I have realised that my salary does not permit me to travel daily as the cost is too high. Therefore I have decided to look for other employment closer to home. I am willing to learn and be trained in any environment. I am a go-getter and will give off my best at any given task. I am an independent woman and would do what it takes to perform as I am fully aware of my responsibilities. I hope that after reading this you would consider my application. Career growth to maximum level
I started out showing great innitiative and jumped the ladder over 7 years onto executive level. It taught me how to take what has been learnt and apply it to my work ethic in order to groom jnr staff. Having the ability to watch someone else grow and reach different levels within their careers through yourself is very rewarding. Consistency is key in all aspects of any job as well as constant communication. I had morning meetings daily with my director to go over my action log and update him on events from the previous day. I was very focused on my job and position with Executive personal, so I didn't generally have social relationships with co-workers, no lunch breaks and personal chatter in general areas(canteen etc). I loved the quarterley conferences. Reporting into 2 directors had become challenging with prioritising importance of both their instructions or daily requests for admin support.
Pros: Growth ability in such a short time
Cons: Fast paced and heavily pressured environment

Can learn a lot
I love working with people and to go the extra mile for my members, staff and management. I’ve learnt a lot at my company as we should go for different kinds of training. We had like a department where you can take out books, dvd’s and cd’s of how to become better in eg listening skills, time keeping, etc. Staff members are all like family. I knew every staff member and they all knew Melicia. We should all work as a team. I’ve been promoted 3 times for the same company. I was a Debtors Admin Clerk, a Senior Lease Administrator/ Credit Control Administrator, Conversions Administrator and Reservationists. I’ve went for seminars with a well known lady called Vivien Marks and other rental seminars. Went for telephone etticet, etc I was a first aider from 2007 till 2017

I can communicate effectively with good telephone manners
I like to start the day with a warm greeting to all co workers. Keeping and maintaining a warm and positive environment. Its good to crack a few jokes now and then but most of all work needs to be completes and targets met by assisting one another.

Excellent experience and good organization to grow
Welcome everyone who has positive attitude. Its very busy company no time to play there is lot of pressure have targets to meet. I'm a teamwork and friendly someone so it was very easy to adapt joining a very warm team. Working from a different organization for a long time which is public sector, I have learnt a lot. Work under pressure pudding to meet target. Loads of work come last minute towards month end and have to all before last day of month end.

Cons: work till midnight if have to

Club Leisure is one of the best within timeshare industry,,all the resorts are clean and neat as promised to the guest,they take care of their employees.They atrain you and and promote you te you if you are doing well.
Pros: Best trainers,great opportunity for promotion,write your own cheque.
Cons: none but currently looking for growth opportunity and to move close to family.

Good healthy working environment Friendly staff, Most amazing relationships ever. The company has groomed me into a the person u am today and I'm proud of it. I enjoy most about the company is the friends. The most challenging was the extensive travelling

Excellent and positive outcomes
We are a hospitality company and its our duty to ensure our clients are pleased with the stay at our resorts and any issues resolved immediately for customer satisfaction. I work well with a team, will to assist and ensure deadlines are met. I've learnt how to be customer centric, to know a company brand and assist a client with any query he may have or refer to a relevant department. There are times when we have irate clients and have to have excellent conflict management skills.

Excellent learning opportunity
Coming into the company with no experience, has given me the opportunity to learn. Ihave applied my rule of learning the basics then expanding on it by learning outside of what my job needs. In so doing, I am better able to understand my job and it better equips me to understand queries. I am now able to do work from all different departments in the company. I teach others as well. I love that the most. Unfortunately, knowing it all and doing it all is used as leverage to slave drive without the recognition in terms of promotions and salaries or bonuses. My job keeps me busy from before start to after end times. Finishing all I'm coming work is a challenge everyday.
