To who it may concern A normal work day starts from 7.30am to 18.00 I am in frequent touch with the staff as I do calls daily , I have to assist and couch the staff daily, I communicate with the relevant departments in the business daily. I have learnt to be strong , passionate with people and situations , I have learnt to listen actively , how to solve problems , how to implement outcomes and policies. I enjoy mostly communicating with the people ie above me , in my level and below me. In constant communication with different people one learns on a daily basis. The most challenging aspects is to solve the problems and satisfy all concerned. Regards Xola Mndela 076 350 5709

Cons: Long working hours has been part of my experience and sometime without expecting remuneration

My typical work day starts at 7:30am to 7pm from Monday to Friday and up to 12 pm on Saturday. I have been trained to liase with co-workers at higher level, lower level and my level on a daily basis telephonically , technologically , physically and otherwise. I have learnt to be very flexible , understanding ,patient and assertive. I enjoy communicating and relating with people, fixing problems, over-coming challenges and seeing results. The most challenging is to deal with difficult personalities , of which I turn them into positives as they stimulate thinking and require me to use skills

Pros: I am an optimistic person and likes to grow and be exaplary
Cons: Long working hors keep me motivated and fit daily
