I enjoy working with people

My duties are to meet and greet of patients, Charging and billing the file, Attending to any queries the billing might have. I work in a friendly environment where we need to comunnitcate all the time and help each other. I have learnt that supporting the next person makes everybody in a work space easier for everybody.I enjoy new challenges and working with people.The challenging aspect of my work is not being able to say no to any body needing help.

Learning curve

I'm a registered nurse, based in maternity ward and have experience of primary health care as i have worked in a community clinic. I have good relationship with my co-workers working as a team. I have experience of both government sector and private sector and have learnt to work independently and dependent as a registered nurse. I enjoy working with people building a relationship to create trust by maintaing confidentiality between nurse and patient. The most challeging aspects of my job is when there is shortage of staff and i have to work with junior nurses , it get hectic in cases of deliveries of pregnant woman as juniors are not midwifes. Long working hours that does not give me time with family.

Pros: I have 5 months with the company
Cons: Long working hours
