I hold a Diploma in Practical Accounting and have 12 years experience in Payroll Management and have worked in a manufacturing industry. Very high paced organisation, that currently is experiencing challenges
Very high paced organisation, that currently is experiencing challenges I worked extremely well with all my colleagues from the cleaners to executive management I have learnt a job description I never that I would become an expert in I currently enjoy the day's challenges that enhances my negotiation skills It is sad yet true that we are going through a financial strains and this is allows my to converse with different types of suppliers and people
Pros: excellent learning experiencing Accounts Payables, as I always worked in Senior roles of recievables
Cons: working some weekends to assist and clean up an age analysis but it was worth seeing some suppliers happy and their gratitude

Making target in monthly basis,allocations of payement,adjustment and reconciliation
working at Clinix Health Group in finance dept is very challenging,as i have to focus keep my daily duties up to date because once I loose focus is a loss to the company,as credit controllers we have to work as a team then our work will run smoothly ,as out main point is to reach target always ,I have good relationship with my co-workers as we work as a team,most challenging work is to focus have good relationship with doctors,case management team,billings team,also with medical aid

Keeping me on my toes
In a hospital a typical work day is never typical. Hospital is a different challenge on a daily basis and you need to think on your feet. Problems pop up when least expected and it is never simple or something you can learn in a book. I am strict but fair, my staff informs me of any problems in the departments so we can manage and mitigate the risk. I have pushed to manage my hospital in such a way that it is the hospital in the group with the highest EBITDAR of the group. I am use to working under tight deadlines and under pressure. I have been at EXCO level before and use to writing reports for board meetings as well as sitting in on board meetings to give an overview regarding the finances. For the past year I've been involved to restructure the company and introduce new policies and procedures for the group to operate leaner and more efficient. I enjoy a challenge and pushing a company to grow.

My background summary
I've been in the support industry for almost 4 years now so troubleshooting comes naturally to me. I worked for Putco Ltd, Pharmed Pharmaceuticals, Third Street Network Solutions and now currently Clinix Health Group. I have a diverse understanding within the Helpdesk/Support sector. When coming to Clinix Health Group, I found it fairly easy, it was everything I did at my previous job, we have an understanding co-workers and we work as a team together. I find the traveling part more challenging, I've never had to travel to clients as I was site based.

Many years of experience
I am currently working as a senior credit controller with more than 10 years experience with the also an experience is supervisory responsibility and also a proven track record in my career, i have got a SAP experience and Microsoft Excel and a certificate in Credit Management, i am willing to work for a reputable company with a growth potential.

I am intelligent and would be an asset to any company
I am a problem solver. My greatest strength lies in conflict management and negotiation. I am able to remain calm at all times and put people at ease. A typical work day can include meetings with staff, sorting out manager/employee conflicts, looking at making the business efficient and staff engagement. I am well liked by all my co-workers. I am well balanced and not too talkative or too quiet. I know boundaries and am also a peacemaker. I have learnt that a lot of people react differently and most just need a timeout in a stressful situation. I enjoy helping people with relationship issues the most. Most challenging aspect of my job would be the odd person/employee who does not see any reason in spite of logic and then I am left with no choice but to act in regards to disciplinaries.

UNDER PAID, NO OPPORTUNITIES OF GROWTH, I'VE WORKED HERE FOR OVER THREE YEARS AND THE CULTURE OF THE COMPANY IS STILL THE SAME, NO MOTIVATION NO ENCOURAGEMENT TO THE EMPLOYEES, INCREASE PER YEAR KEEPS GETTING LOWER AND LOWER AND IT'S WORSE NOW BECAUSE THE ECONOMY

Good learning experience
I enjoy working with my colleagues because of their working strategies (team player) we share the same vision which is to give the best possible health care on our patients. We have a broad range of medication in that way it helps to learn something new every single day. The only challenge is that we do not have enough equipment to work with and that sometimes affect the production. Thank you.

Collection of monies
enjoy being a credit controller as is a challenge by money collections from different medical aids also from an individual patients, feel so good when we exceed an expected target, work beyond the expectaions . down loading age analysis deal with debtors book first targeting big accounts , allocation of payment, reconciliation ,adjustments , solving queries
Pros: feel blessed to be clinix health group employer ,gained lot of experience
Cons: clinix health group is the best company anyone would like to be employed with .
