Fast paced industry

Business needs change every year as a result being a business developer I work with a team of 8 each consultant works with a particular province. The daily operations include making calls and receiving calls from across the province. Briefing sessions and analysis reporting and progress reports. Calling RBM’s to ensure objectives are carried out.

Pros: Excellent growth opportunity
Cons: Travel can be hash on the bony.

Excellent learning curve

With the appreciation that I still have so much to learn, I am willing to volunteer in any field. With demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry as a legal adviser, paralegal and legal intern, and in retail industry as a Merchandiser and Brand Ambassador, I am prepared to dedicate my skills to the efficiency of any organization.

I work in a call center environment providing telephone legal advise on claims arising in civil, criminal and mostly labour matters. My workplace set up is team that we categorized in teams, each having to work individually and independently however in the spirit of teamwork. All claims are subject to turnaround times. My stay has taught me how to work as a team as well as an individual towards the fulfilling primary purpose of the company. Most challenging aspects are working long hours and even sacrifice weekend without pay the joy that comes with it is resolving clients legal queries and ability to think on feet.

Good quality skills

We have lovely colleagues,friendly and helpful. The managers would encourage to push yourself and not give up. I really enjoyed talking to clients especially if it was a bad day for them then I would lighten up their day simply by being calm n smiling over the phone. The most challenging aspects in my job was to convince clients about our products as we have many companies out there selling the same product. Typical work days would be going home with a sad face knowing I did not reach my goal.

Excellent legal experience in civil, labour, criminal law

There is great experience in civil, labour and criminal matters. I have learned a lot about debt counseling and labour matters as well as divorce. The environment is quite hectic, tea and lunch are timed accurately, no freedom. My colleagues and I talk but not much of a relationship as there is no time to chat.
