Good opportunity to learn

My days at work are normally busy especially on Mondays as i deal with queries from 125 stores alone. i normally receive more that 100 emails a day which i need to complete before i leave and Mondays it goes to more than 200 emails. i work well with other clerks and the staff on the floor as they also require assistance from me. I have learnt that team work is very important and hard work is also is also important as it can take you to a high level at your work and open doors for you. i enjoy the relationship i have with the people from outside , i get to network and be known. even when i'm having a bad day as soon as i start working i get back to being myself again because of them. The most challenging part is when i'm under a lot of pressure and receiving lots of emails from the stores because they have regard their emails as urgent.

Pros: Being permanent and being able to do any job in the company which is good for my reference.
Cons: Under pressure especially in peak we go leave late and come back early.

Excellent Leaning curve

RESPONSIBILITIES • User administration on AD • Respond to queries either in person, Email or Telephone • Train computer users. • First Line troubleshooting on Remedy Force and Telephone • Ask questions to determine nature of problem. • Log call via Remedy force • System and user management on MYQ printer software. • Follow up with technicians to maintain SLA. • Create reports for all calls weekly Remote Desktop (Team viewer) when giving assistance to offsite users.

Pros: Great oppotunity
Cons: 8 hours a day
