Learning curve

Dealing with difficult customers can be very challenging at time but that's what I like the most abouto my current job. I get to learn more on customer service and how to deal with them. I have learnt to sell products to customers and convincing them.

Excellent communication skill

I have learnt on how to communicate with customers and to hear them out in order to solve problems or issues they might have. I have good communication skill. I'm computer literate. Well organized pays good eye to detail. I am a fast learner with good customer care. I get on well with everyone and I take my work seriously. I enjoy helping out customers and challenges gives me knowledge.
