Good company

They is space for leaning in company even though they give more power to the managers to abuse the company time and staff by not hiring staff when there is gap.although is safe place to work for, even though their is challenging to work with bosses not a leader.what I enjoy is that I work with team that works hard and encourage each other to work together.most challenging for me is to work while know that my manager he is not satisfied about me being were i am not in position because he feels that I'm not qualified according him.

Pros: For me not even a chance anless i change the working place
Cons: Long hours and not paid because is not company is person power

Good opportunity to learn about diversity

I work as a shop assistant at clicks musina whereby my daily main duty is to pack stock and render good service to customers. Am a very hard working people who gets along with everybody in our shop and also a fast learner, with short time of being in the company i taught myself how do receive stock and do office job What I enjoy most at work is the good spirit of team work we have it makes the job much easier knowing that every staff member is equipped with the knowledge to make customers happy of which it grows the company

Pros: It teaches self decipline
Cons: Difficult customers
