Good platform to learn about customer service

working at clicks it not just a typical work day because you learn something new every day how to.deal with customer complaint,how to give excellent customer service. it a very homey atmosphere we got the mature who's been with the company for more then 20 years showing the young and new to the company the ropesy,interacting with people it the name of the game at clicks you have your usual customers the regulars and you have new ones that you have to make sure their shopping experience pleasant by engaging with them see if they find what they looking for. challenges in this field is always having to deal with difficult customers no matter how nice u are to them they just hard to please and in this kind of situation you have to remain calm and call the supervisor. It is one of the most challenging field to work in because you dealing with people bt it also the best teacher in giving the best customer service.
