Best company to work for

A typical workday entails starting up of my laptop and the coffee maker, meet and greet. Then it is serious focus on my morning energy levels by checking my mails, action deadlines, my daily to do list, my weekly to do list. My department brought together various experts in the field of audit, which includes IT auditors, finance auditors and my guys, who is some of the best of the best in the investigation field I have ever seen. Therefor there is always much to learn from each other. I enjoy investigations the most, the more challenging and complex the better! Secondly managing the best team ever! The most challenging part of my job is balancing my life in such a small department, in an environment with a footprint in five countries. One travels a lot and tends to choose work over family. I am always working on this challenge.

Pros: Great company to work for...
Cons: No promotion in-house for me. Forensics is my skillset...
