Agents of social change

A wonderful environment to work in. Our work and it’s impact is demonstrated by learners who are recipients of this thoughtful intervention. Decisions making is primarily influenced by data and stats, which I am primarily in charge of maintaining. I also facilitate and support team members ongriund working in our different schools.

Pros: Opportunity to Learn
Cons: Crime wave and burglary of schools.

Good initiative for the South African education sector

Long Hours, you have to be passionate My relationship with the ground team is great, we functional well. Definitely enjoy making a difference in South Africa Most challenging is working hard and being underpaid

Cons: Long hours, underpaying, management is young and bad at communication
