Respect is being warned when you are humbled and good listener learn all the ethics quickly and deliver in time. I am ready for the hotel sector now to Ecxel with my skills. The only thing that I require now is the platform to prove all my capabilities. I have learn to utilise black and white strategy not grey area and treat everyone according to business principles yet we some time use different strokes for deferent troops.. Management is art we manage principles not people to attain best result because if we manage people it's become personal but when you manage principles and procedures it's become business general management.

Pros: to be the best General Hotel manager in 5 yrs
Cons: if you enjoy what you do time is not a problem

Customer service, food presentation, staff training and development

Customer service is my main focus and creating new customers relationship and maintaining them by persistent action it's what keep the business growing. Food presentation create a memorable experience and great taste comes from presentation I believe customers eat with their Eyes first.Well trained staff will create a great ambiance of the restaurant from hygiene to service and effective sales caused by keeping customers for life. Being in a restaurant gas become part of my life I enjoy it.

Pros: from senior to GM in 5-10 yrs
Cons: 18hrs shift when its real neccesary it not a problem
