I am self-motivated, fast learner, positive attitude, eager to acquire new knowledge, punctual, assertive and reliable person have a leadership skill involving supervision development, fault finding/problem solving skill, Electrical skill, trade tested (section 13) on instrumentation and I have National diploma on Electrical light current with three years hands on experience as an Electrical & Instrument mechanician and I have also 7 year laboratory experience as an Lab analyst. I am capable to working as a team and to work on my own initiative and also always strive for excellent result, I am dedicated to maintain high quality standard. I am also a registered member of South African Gas Association as a Gas practitioner.

Company constantly changing i.e restructuring

Change is constant. Restructure is ongoing.I developed under those in charge that were based abroad. Locally no opportunity to learn or develop.Abroad managers very knowlegable on procurement but locally knowlege on procurement was inadequate.

Excellent working curve

I'm working as an extruder operator, I also visit lab to see how samples are been taken once in a day. It's nice working at the factory because the employees of these factory has a good bond and are welcoming. I learned that in a workplace in order to do your job right you need to prioritize/arrange your work accordingly and working together as a team is a best weapon to overcome many things at a short space of time. I enjoy taking readings and making sense out of the numbers from the control monitor of the whole process. Is when working while your boss is around observing.
