Great learning / working environment

meetings. great people to work with. reviewing projects before deadlines. leanrt a whole load of computer aided programmes such as Revit MEP , all autocad , Blue beam review .ect. i enjoyed manly the people and the fun environment but also the seriousness , also they had design reviews on specific projects every friday for the enginners to facilitate and explain what the challenges they faced whilst working on projects. most challenging aspect was to plan out all your work so you did not have to worry about meeting deadlines , for myself i planned so well that they deadlines were only in a weeks time so it gave me time to have my worked reviewed and had enought time to alter the drawing work were it was aplicable without running out of time .

Pros: great opportunity to learn
Cons: long working hours , no overtime
