My passion has always been manufacturing. I have done very well and have grown sales with 25%.

My goal is to ensure that the staff get all the support they require from me to ensure that they have stock and ensuring that we build strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Stock control and managing the daily warehouse and logistics.

Pros: Time of for watching your kids play sport during the week.

Good working environment

I always enjoy working for CJP Chemicals we were a team we new each other and we not many employees. we even noticed when someone is not at work, also the management was friendly with the stuff. they were so many opportunities at our company in such a way that they look at your work ability if they see there is a position that you can fit on they put you on it. And I also learnt that customers should be respected at all times because the company might loose the customer to other competitors. The challenge that I used to face about my job was dealing with many customers in short space of time.

Excellent learning curve

I start my morning by printing pickslips,making delivery notes,tracking of trucks,tripsheets and good working relationship its a productive companionship

Leaders must be multipliers not diminishers

Team work was essential to reach targets. characters of staff were so strong, never give up. top management not focused and dont care for the supply chain, Sales was more imortant, rules and disciplines only for SCM.

Pros: no opportunities
Cons: loyalty from senior management not existant

Excellent learning curve

It has been a good learning curve. I have been in the position to learning more on my already large knowledge base. Something that I value. The current position has afforded me more responsibility which I really enjoy.

This was an excellent leaving for me

It's is very busy warehouse everyone is moving at a fast pace ......'......we work very hard and long hours a 16 hours 99 percent of the time .......my relationship with my co worker's has all ways been good always willing to help in other departments....... I have learned to handle pressure better and make better decisions for my department........
