Hardworking person

I am a person who always friendly and polite who would like to communicate with other people, extrovert and able to work under pressure. I have a good Interpersonal skills, Organizational skills and good Computer Literacy skills. During the day i'm receiving out coming calls and making incoming calls, writing minutes when they is a meeting, collecting statistic each and every wards and capturing,faxing and receiving E-mails and sending E-mails. The relationship with my co-workers is good, i'm feel happy to working with them because are friendly and are encourage me every time. My co-workers are the people who always available if you need help. I have learn more thing especial to working with patient, when i do client satisfactory survey in the wards, you need to be friendly, polite and being approachable to the patients. I enjoy to working as a Administration because i lean more things, this position it make me to communicate with all people within and outside the Hospital.

HR practice practitioners two and 5 Human Resource officer then I am intern

We are working as team but ather cases we attend them as individual individual I have learn to meet deadlines on time and to ensure that our client feel helpful I enjoy my work when my supervisor approved right all my work . It is challenging to help angry client

Pros: We have good Management ensuring that we drive the company to it vision an mission
Cons: The is large number of staff there is too much work load

Working the extra mile

The employees or co- workers were dedicated worked hand in hand with supervisors. What i loved is that i gained a lot of knowledge with regards to the job and activities done in the hospital. I miss my job because i left it while i was still enjoying it and i was good at it. I left because of personal problems. Challenges that i faced were that some of the patients would leave with their files. Some of the staff would call in sick on a busy and the rest of us were forced to work undet pressure. But on daily basis the overall part of my duty or job went smoothly because i get along with people. I'm peoples person.
