Excellent Learning Curve

The company I work for is a small 2 man business that specialize in Electrical & Refrigeration Contracts. A typical work day consist of: Processing Suppliers/Customers Invoices on Pastel Partner Processing Job Costing (very small scale) Weekly processing of Bank including Reconciliations Weekly/Fortnightly and Monthly processing of Payroll Monthly processing of UIF/PAYE 2-Monthly processing of VAT General Admin Duties I have learnt that daily and weekly processing helped me to manage my time better. Month-end processing is now simple and easy. We have a set system in place. I have a good relationship with all employees. The most challenging aspects to the job is to make sure that all processes are done correctly to insure smooth year end roll overs.

Pros: Had the oppertunity to further my studies.
Cons: No growth potential as it is a small 2-man business.
