To the company that I'm currently working at I'm serving young generation of SA country with computer skills and within my team I'm also a resources coordinator. On a daily basis as a team we make sure we give learner's a computer facilitation and help the school with extra murals.

Educational

Working with city year it's been challenging and interesting at the same time. We worked with different schools and it was fun as I was learning through out the process.

Pros: I gained Facilitating skills and confidence grew.

Its a very educational curve

City Year helped me grow some important qualities I will need in working environment. We attended various workshops every Friday and during the week we get to our different teams and work with different schools in disadvantaged communities. Tutoring and conducting lessons on other valuable information.

Pros: there are certificates and for the short courses as well
Cons: Long working hours

Educational experience

During my time in City Year I a member of a team. We worked well together. Working in disadvantaged communities and schools. Now I have new skills I can use in other fields.
