I have been in the property industry for sixteen (18) years, my experience in property management involves dealing with statutory planning, acquisition, disposal, leasing, development projects and attending to property related legal matters.

The importance of loving your job and hard work.

I am currently working as the Superintendent Mechanical Operations and Maintenance, for the City of UMhlathuze. I am managing a Maintenance team of 25 Employees including a Foreman; Stores assistance; Team leaders; Artisan; operators and Artisan Assistance. I believe in self-development, I am a very disciplined person when it comes to my work and I respect my job. I have learned that when you respect your job people will respect you and that makes your job easier. I feel happy when I see good result of my hard work.

Pros: Learning how to lead people get them to achieve a desired goal.

Being a Fitter is about stripping of parts, assembling them , doing maintenants on components

my job description, stripping ,assembling components, doing some repairs on damaged parts checking parts according ISO standards ,doing maintenance on pumps, valves, hydraulics i have respect to words my co-workers, i have ability to open others ideas, in fitting i learnt to be self motivated to work independently i enjoy the stripping and assembling of parts, being hands on the most challenging thing is when i fail to finish my job at a given tim

Challenging environment

Best perfoming municipality, delivering good service to its communities even though there challenges. Prodiving RDP houses to homeless people, save water campaigns visible to local communities. Unqualified audits have been a success.

I hereby which to apply for Maintenance Manager position in your company. I have BTech Electrical Engineering and more than ten years management experience which include management of Millwrights, Electricians, Technicians, Engineers and Senior Engineers. I am hard working and always willing to implement positive change in organisation's.
