I would like to work with a company that has mission and vision and do my best for it

I've learned a lot in my work but one thing that makes me to look for another job is the challenges that are there and there is no tresparance only satin people will be favourite and opportunities are not given to all employees we work underpreassure because always no material to do the job we just go to work and do nothing and that thing kills a person mind because you earn money but you only work for few days so you don't even enjoy that salary in some incident you work overtime and is not paid in time but there is a unity amongst fellow coligues and given job but no material for it and I enjoy doing my job without disturbance and I learned more things even though we have challenges of material and some things for job I thank you

Cons: I can work long hours when I'm requested

Excellent

Working together as a team. Interact with all levels of employment. Love challenges and to work under pressure performance differ and willing to learn.

Learning curve

To work in Municipality is a very challenging job, because you meet various stakeholders, attend executive meetings, council meetings, Top Management meetings, Audit Committee meetings and Team meetings But when doing your Job sometimes you get resistance in terms of implementation but you then draw up an action plan to encourage your colleagues to do what's required in terms of of the law. At some stage you go an extra mile to encourage the Accounting Officer to ensure that the recommendations as proposed are implemented to avoid audit qualifications Political interference is there but you create a room for advising the politicians to understand your role by marketing Internal Auditing.

Customer care

•Attend to any account enquiries by consumers •Solving of and adjusting of incorrect account by means of journals with regards to incorrect readings. •To work closely with directorates, department, division and external parties to ensure proper communication between relevant role players on customer care issues, in order to ensure the communication of accurate messages and elimination of confusion amongst customers. •To assist with providing sub-accountant customer care with service feedback by monitoring evaluating customer’s opinions and usage of the centres, thereby ensuring that the centres are able to provide uniform and quality service on the frontline

I just want to be good at wek n mentored by good leaders and be progressive in life

I just want to become a good employee that will be given an opportunity to work and do what is supposed to be done at work and report to my seniors after I've done all tusks that are given to me by my seniors and put company on map

Pros: I can take it when the management see that I'm doing my best and I deserve it
Cons: I can work long hours if requested by my seniors to reach the target

Exellent worker

training and development .i have a good relationship with my colleques ,they sometimes ask me when do i come back when im on leave.i have alot of experience im holding a training and development degree. enjoy working with people. its doing assessment.

Excellent learning curve indeed

Starting working very early in the morning most days which I enjoyed because one is still very fresh. I get along with all my colleagues from my boss to the cleaner, that teaches me to be humble all the time. I learned to be patient, I always want things to happen now but since I've worked here I learned that patiencey is very important, working with people thought me to love and to stand my ground because they turn to misuse your generosity sometimes but always be friendly. The most challenging part was to turn down someone who needs help because we honestly couldn't help them, watching them leaving the office with sadness always hurt but I always made sure I do everything in my power before I can turn down anyone

Excellent learning opportunity for my career

I started my career as an intern i learned a lot during that period. The culture is ore homely as staff members are extremely friendly. The challenges are like any other local government were there is political interference

Pros: The do not really consider qualification much, i studied to empower myself

I used to do part time studies while I'm working

I will do my best to do the work that will be given to me by my seniors and make a company more recognised in the country and I'll do my best to practice safety because where I'm working safety is not taken on board and I work underpreassure without material so it gives us fast ration as workers thats why I need a better job to do my best
