I am presently employed, as a Customer Relations Agent for the City of Johannesburg Municipality within Revenue Department have good communication skills, verbally and written and have gained experience in Microsoft Excel, Lotus, Internet, Microsoft word, Cares, Venus, Pega and SAP ( CRM and ISU ). I have an advantage of working front office and back office and through that I have gained experience in dealing with customer queries and assisting in resolution of queries logged. I have worked in reconciling accounts on behalf of City of Johannesburg municipality and making payment arrangements for city of Johannesburg residents I have a certificate in Project Management and CompTIA Project+ Certification with Boston College and currently studying Diploma in Business Management.

Sap

I am presently employed, as a Customer Relations Agent for the City of Johannesburg Municipality ( Braamfontein )within Revenue and Billing Department have good communication skills, verbally and written and have gained experience in Microsoft office, Lotus, Internet, WS2 ,MRQC3,Cares, Venus, Pega and SAP ( CRM and ISU ). I have an advantage of working front office and back office and through that I have gained experience in dealing with customer queries and assisting in resolution of queries logged regarding utilities. I have worked in reconciling accounts by doing change meters, capturing readings, installation prepaid meters ( Water and Electricity ). Currently acting as an Operational manager for back office billing department.
