Great opportunities for entry level and promotions

Great company to work at. I have learnt to work in a team and individually. The company shaped me to be a great leader and a pro active manager. The culture, work ethics and management styles has groomed me to be able to have a very strong personality, problem solving skills, customer service skills, empathize, good communication skills, interpersonal skills, intra personal skills, control and vast computer skills

Pros: I have a diploma in human resource management but city life gave me a opportunity I started as a building administrator after 3 months I was promoted to building manager I manage a 27 floor building (largest residential building in Durban cbd) its a challenging job but I love a challenge
Cons: Long hours also working on weekends but not much of an issue as long as I keep the smooth running of the building and keep tenants happy
