Good start up job
On a daily basis my work day starts at 7am and I've got give the distribution drivers all their keys,toll cards and scanner.Once that's all done I start my 8 o'clock update by means of tracking out fleet and I have to call all our subcontacters drivers for their location. I'll be doing that on a 2 hourly basis then have send out emails with the updates to the bosses,reply to my emails and liase with clients regarding their stock and with drivers who have breakdowns on the road,I have to open an incident report for them and send it out. Towards 15h0pm I get sent the plan for all the vehicles that will be loading for the day and are scheduled to offload the next day,I set up all my allocatop according to what has been sent to me for the night shift controllers. I finish my day at 19h00pm.
Pros: Learnt to work under pressur.
Cons: Long working hours(12hours)

Major exposure and growth withing the Transport/Logistics Industry.
I am currently working in the logistics field particular the operations office. Even though my I am an office staff member my job description entails way more than just sitting in front of a computer as the operations is responsible for a major part. Serving as the night shift supervisor requires me to Hands on from ground level (i.e Loading & Off-loading of vehicles, making sure driver/s receive all relevant documentation, constant communication with driver/s and clients, reporting all vehicle maintenance issues with relevant personnel. ect)
Pros: Not being stuck (strictly) doing the same exact thing each day, the transport industry has different needs for different days therefor requiring new height for your abilities. s
Cons: On busy days(eg. EndOfMonth) too many tasks may become priority within the same tim frame.

Good Day Sir/Mam,
I am a young and innovative person, I have learnt the skill to communicate and react responsibly and efficiently. I am a reliable, honest and respectful person. Every task is important and has to be done with 110% of concentration as well as dedication. A focused worker gets the job done and that is what I am.
Pros: I use my knowledge and skills to use my own initiative when it is needed. I am self motivated and willing to accept any new challenges that may come my way. I am willing to learn new skills and ways to accomplish tasks given to me with the best of my ability. I know that every job has its own rules and regulations to follow with any given task, I am a logical person who first sees reasoning and understanding before reacting.
Cons: I believe that “Where there is a will, There is a way”, same as “Where there a problem, There is a solution”. I would greatly appreciate it, if you would give me the opportunity to be part of your team. I know that an honest and hardworking person will be an asset to your company.

It is a good company to work at, quick promotions with salary increases accordingly.
on a normal day you have enough time to complete the task of your job in time with out having to work under pressure, sufficient time is allocated in order to get the job done in order. relationship with co-workers is good, work well in a team, staff listen to me and carry out the days duties in a proper manner. I have learnt a lot from day 1 in working for a courier company a lot was to be learnt but now all is in order and I can say I can handle my team quiet efficiently from day to day duties.

Delivering clothes to retail shops make sure that all items are loaded.offload the goods to the stores and make that they receive all atem according to the invoice.invoice muat be singed before we live the place.and I must kee the vehicle clean everytime I knock off.

The future will abound
I prefer hands on approach to better understand the technical requirements of operational maintenance, the staff, their challengers, the job at hand since two identical requirements can represent two different challenges & this depends on driver use/abuse, operational requirements & environment etc. I have some hydraulic exposure but the majority of my exposure was focused on petrol/diesel light motor & commercial to heavy duty vehicles of various makes & models, and this includes airbrakes. My technical experience help me understand, how long things take taking into consideration availability of parts, time to source, efficiency use manpower etc & why things work & why they do not so as to provide the proper support.

Excellent learning curve
City couriers is a good company .they look after their people only thing is the pay is less I have an excellent relationship throughout the business. I have been placed on very difficult accounts .

Fast learning person
I do most typic at my company .I like communicate with people like my work partners but not on workings hours and i like making friends.I have learnt how to deal with the costomers an the attitude rowards your customres i learnt the customers are always right.I enjoy speaking to the costomers en making ffiends with them.The most challenging at work is when u dont make the costomer buy the peoduct that u selling or u dont reach the target given .or when a peron drop a call while u speaking to them. but i dont gail to a given task i do all my best.
