Excellent opportunity to learn

My work day starts at 07:30 in the mornings till 16:00 in th afternoons from Monday to Friday. Whe are plus minus 10 pople working together in the office in the supply chain division and we have a relative good relationship with each other. I have learned to do vendor registrations and helping vendors with their registrations is part of my duties, creations, declarationsspread sheets updates, and at previous work at Duma travel I have done requisting and procesing of invoices. I enjoy every aspect of it and the most challenging aspect of my job is to complete my internship

Cons: Traveling by train

Great studying opportunities for staff.

Training for me is easy. Dealing with difficult employees is easy. Simply separate action from the person doing it. Don't be judgemental. Challenge them honesty and transparency. Address each task of work or play and equal amount of enthusiasm. The ego minus any situation is already half the goal achieved.

Pros: Definitely growth for both, those I'm responsible for and myself.
